About Us – CJ’s Holiday Homes

CJ’s Holiday Homes is a friendly, family-run business established in 2007, specialising in quality self-catering accommodation at Butlins Skegness and Tattershall Lakes Country Park. We offer a wide choice of modern caravans and lodges, all carefully maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Every property is fully equipped with the essentials you need for a relaxed and stress-free stay, so you can arrive, unpack, and start enjoying your holiday straight away.

As a family business, holidays mean a lot to us. Our children now work alongside us full-time, and together we understand how important it is that your accommodation feels safe, welcoming and cosy from the moment you walk in. Many of our holiday homes include useful extras such as washing machines and complimentary nursery equipment including travel cots, highchairs and bed guards (subject to availability).

Great Value Holidays

Our caravans and lodges at Butlins Skegness & Tattershall Lakes range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, sleeping 6, 8 or 10 guests (Butlins Skegness only), with additional sofa beds in the lounge area in many properties. We believe in simple, transparent pricing. There are no hidden charges, your stay includes:

• Mains gas electricity
• Butlins Skegness passes (These are added upon booking, if more are required please get in touch)
• Use of available nursery equipment

Flexible Breaks

We offer a variety of break options to suit you:

• Weekend breaks
• Midweek breaks
• Full week stays
• Butlins Big Weekenders

Standard check-in days are Monday and Friday (with selected Saturday arrivals during July and August at Butlins Skegness).
