The bright inviting lounge offers plenty of family friendly living space with a 40in TV and bluetooth speaker system built into the ceiling.
Master bedroom has fitted over bed shelves and bedside shelves. There is also a full height wardrobe and to the side a dressing table & stool.
32in TV so you can relax after a hard day of family fun within the Butlins complex.

The master bedroom is complete with En-Suite shower room & toilet. The bedroom can also accommodate a travel cot beside the bed. ( We provide)
There are two twin rooms both with fitted over bed shelves and wardrobes.
Large family shower room with contemporary fittings and power shower. Toilet and wash basin.

Outside there is a huge fully enclosed verandah with Rattan table and chairs. A further verandah to the front complete with Bistro set.
There is also a large grass area for the children to play on.

1 x King Size Bedroom with En-Suite Shower Room
2 x Twin Bedrooms. One with full size single beds.
1 x Small Double Sofa Bed in the lounge ( Please ask as we prefer only 6 guests)

We can provide a bed guard & travel cot with this caravan. Included in the price. (sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot)
Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.

You will need to provide your own linen/towels or we can hire them for you. Please ask.

All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
