This caravan has full sun morning to night. Fabulous position to enjoy a wine in the summer evenings. Sun trap on the side decking in the mornings, late afternoons enjoy the sun from the front decking, just walk through the French windows.

Open plan kitchen, diner & lounge for the family who like to be together. The dining area has a rectangle table, Sofa style bench and 3 stools, baskets underneath for storage.

The soft furnishings are Hessian type upholstery with a hint of coffee coloured liqueur in the weave, matched with a cocoa-coloured carpet and floral curtains with teal, gold and green featuring. Quarter circle style footrest with its lift up lid

The master bedroom has a bow window, overhead cupboards and beside cupboards complete with wardrobe.
There is a separate En-Suite toilet and wash basin.

There are two twin rooms one with fitted overhead Cupboards and wardrobes & the other with small wardrobe at the bottom of the bed. Large shower room with contemporary fittings and power shower. Toilet and wash basin. Pull out small double sofa bed in the lounge.

We can also provide a bed guard, travel cot & highchair for the little ones (sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot). Main’s gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price. For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, Smoke alarm & a carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained You will need to provide your own linen/towels, or we can hire them for you: We do not charge extra for the use of our travel cot, pushchair, bed guard etc.
