Open plan lounge & dining area, comfortable wrap-around sofa’s with sofa style seating & stools around the dining table.
The family bathroom is not short for space, with a full-sized shower, toilet, wash basin and of course shelving for your everyday essentials. This Holiday Home does feature a second separate toilet and wash basin, just down the hall.
To finish your busy day at Butlins, this caravan has 3 bedrooms, capable of sleeping 8 people, with the use of the pull out sofa bed.

We can provide a bed guard, travel cot, highchair with this caravan, included in the price. (Sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot).
Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.
For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.
You will need to provide your own linen/towels or we can hire them for you. Please ask.
All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
