This luxurious holiday home, 66 Retreat Butlins Caravans, is situated in a quiet area of the park, Retreat. Only 6 caravans/lodges in this area.
Fully air conditioned in lounge and bedrooms.
Double glazing and central heating are fitted throughout so you can enjoy holidays throughout the year no matter what the weather. The living space is light and airy with large windows and front doors that lead out onto your own wrap around decked area, complete with gate. The master bedroom has its own decking area from the patio door.
The neutral colour scheme is striking and works beautifully with the co-ordinated soft furnishings. The kitchen is fitted with high quality soft close units and drawers and there are a whole host of fitted appliances which include an integrated oven and hob, American fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. In the hub of the kitchen there is also a 6-seater freestanding dining table complete with stylish upholstered chairs that tie in with the colour scheme in the lounge.
The 2 bedrooms in the Vogue are a great size. The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed, and twin room has 3ft x 6ft single beds. The master bedroom has a dressing table with chair, Lots of wardrobe space. It also has a full En-suite shower room complete with bath.
Smart TVs are fitted in all the bedrooms. Just log into your Netflix/Prime account.
The family shower room is well equipped and quite spacious.

1 x Twin Bedroom. With full size single beds 3ft x 6ft

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.
You will need to provide your own linen/towels or we can hire them for you. Please ask.
