6 Osprey Rise is situated in a most sought after location at Tattershall Lakes Country Park. Only a 5 min walk to the main complex.

Double glazing and central heating are fitted throughout so you can enjoy holidays throughout the year no matter what the weather. The living space is light and airy with large windows and front doors that lead out onto your own wrap around decked area, complete with gate.

The colour scheme is striking and works beautifully with the co-ordinated soft furnishings. There is also a log burner effect fire. The kitchen is fitted with high quality soft close units and drawers and there are a whole host of fitted appliances which include an integrated oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. In the hub of the kitchen there is also a freestanding dining table complete with stylish upholstered chairs that tie in with the colour scheme in the lounge.

The three bedrooms in the Ambleside are a great size. The master bedroom has a double size bed and one of the twin room has two 3ft single beds the other twin beds are slightly smaller. All beds come with quality luxurious mattresses. TV’s are fitted in bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite toilet & hand wash basin, as well as a family shower room down the hall.

Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Linen & towels are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.
