Caravans Butlins 6 Dunes – Swift Serenity – 12ft x 38ft x 3 Bedrooms

The caravan is situated in a perfect cul-de-sac location on the preferred area of Dunes. Only a 2-3 min walk under the tunnel into the Butlins complex.

A great family caravan. Open plan so you are always together. Keep the chatter going whilst preparing the meals which you will be able to enjoy on the decking in the warmer months. Maybe a glass of wine or two to unwind. Comfy sofas with lots of scatter cushions. Great to lounge on after a busy in Butlins with the kids.

Large TV, Free WIFI, Fetch the kids IPADs. Give you a bit of peace & quiet for a while. Master bedroom with TV, includes an en-suite shower room. At the other end of the caravan is a further family shower room and two twin bedrooms.

Both twin bedrooms have a TV’s. Ample storage is also provided in the hallway. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with modern bar stools and a large integrated fridge freezer, with a gas cooker and cooker extractor hood. The caravan has double glazing and central heating for those cooler times.

2 x Showers, toilets & wash basins in this caravan. This is only available in a couple of caravan models. Very hard to find.

We can provide a bed guard & travel cot with this caravan. Included in the price (sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot). Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.
You will need to provide your own linen/towels, or we can hire them for you. Please ask.

There is parking for one car on hard standing. Please ask if you are taking a further car.

All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
