The caravan is situated on a corner plot in the quiet area of The Retreat.. Only a 6 min walk to the Butlins complex.

With an open plan living area featuring soft furnishings and ample seating, the Seasons is an ideal holiday home whether relaxing or on the go with family.

The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. It also benefits from having 2 x toilets, one included with the family shower room and the other on its own.

The caravan has both front and side decking for catching the sun positions. Complete with patio set and extra loungers. Both decking’s have gate access.

1 x Small Double Sofa Bed

We can also provide a bed guard, travel cot & highchair for the little ones (sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot).
Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.

You will need to provide your own linen/towels or we can hire them for you. Please ask.

All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
