61 Parkside is situated in a quiet and most sought after location and is safer for small children. Only a 3 min walk to the main Butlins complex.

Stunning open aspect executive holiday home. Beautifully finished in a modern contemporary style. Neutral colours throughout. An ideal choice for those families wanting a little bit more luxury. The double master bedroom includes a huge dressing table and fitted wardrobes to the side and also over the master bed, plenty of space for your personal items & clothes. To complete this we a have en-suite with toilet and wash basin. Further down the hall is our family bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin. To the front of our holiday home there are patio doors complete with a enclosed verandah and a bistro set. To the side is a large gated verandah also including a patio set. The verandah has steps to the front and back.

We can provide a bed guard & travel cot with this caravan. Included in the price (sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot).

Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained

You will need to provide your own linen/towels or we can hire them for you. Please ask.

All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
