This brand-new holiday home is situated in a very sought-after location on Dunes. Only a 2/3 min walk to the Butlins Skyline complex

Double glazing and central heating are fitted throughout so you can enjoy holidays throughout the year no matter what the weather.

The living space is light and airy with large patio front doors that lead out onto your own decked area, The side decking is complete with gate so safer for kids.

The Brookwood embraces the trend for bold, dark woods, which when matched with lighter tones like dove grey, sage green, and fresh white give a real calming feel to this home.

There is a breakfast bar complete with bar stools.

Fitted appliances which include oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave.

All cupboards are touch opening.

In the hub of the kitchen there is also a bench style dining table complete with 2 x stools that tie in with the colour scheme in the lounge.

There 3 bedrooms in the Brookwood. The master bedroom has a double bed with overhead cupboards and bedside cabinets. It also has an En-suite toilet & hand wash basin.

Both twin rooms have 2 x single beds, Overhead cupboards, and wardrobe.

The family shower room is well equipped and quite spacious.
1 x Double Bedroom with En-Suite toilet & wash hand basin.
2 x Twin Bedrooms. Both with single beds.
1 x Small Double Sofa Bed in the lounge (Please ask as we prefer only 6 guests)

We can provide a bed guard & travel cot with this caravan. Included in the price.
(sorry we do not supply bedding for the travel cot)

Mains gas, electric, quilts, pillows, Butlins Skegness passes are all included in the price.

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm & carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained.

You will need to provide your own linen/towels or we can hire them for you. Please ask.

All we ask is that you respect our caravan and please leave it clean as found when leaving.
